I always have a great experience when I go to Green Dental. Heather, my hygienist is absolutely wonderful. She keeps me at ease knowing I have dental anxiety. She even got me a blanket my last visit because I was so cold. She goes above and beyond and does her job so well. When she’s cleaning my teeth it’s never uncomfortable. She and the staff never make me feel bad for having so much anxiety when I’m there. They truly want you to be comfortable. They are hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been a patient at.

My experience was lovely from the informative receptionist to the helpful staff, and their professionalism. They all are, as for Dr. Green, very friendly, caring and on point. Spoke with me the whole time and kept me at ease during my procedure. I would recommend green dental to everybody who would need these type services.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Green and his staff. My procedure went great and even though I missed the call, he personally called to check on me later that night to make sure I was doing okay. That is what going above and beyond for your patients looks like! Beyond pleased with my experience and care at Green Dental!

Green Dental has a great faculty that makes you feel welcome from day 1. I avoided the dentist for 10 years because of my fear, but since starting at Green, I’ve been going every 6 months for the past 3 years. I had to have work done on a back molar and with a bad gag reflex, I was dreading it. I opted for sedation and easily got the issue fixed. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and their operation is very smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

Green Dental is the most efficient and professional dentist office I ever visited. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly smiles and the most helpful staff. The office itself has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. My experience has been with Dr. Gordon Green and I never thought I would say this about a dentist, but "I do love my dentist!" He is very caring and puts you at ease almost the moment he walks in. He takes the time to explain everything to you, in detail, while discussing all options available. I had two very bad experiences prior to Dr. Green and he not only promised to make things right for me, but he kept his promise. The staff is a reflection of Dr. Green; very thorough, very knowledgeable and very kind.

I can’t say it enough how thankful I am for Green Dental. I had some bad fillings done at Munden Dentistry and had to get root canal therapy. They were so incredibly gentle and understanding as I was in so much pain and frustration. Going to the dentist is not high on anyone’s list of fun things to do. However, Green Dental and Dr. Brooks took my worst dental experience and made it a complete 180. They offer oral sedation for root canals and it was a complete breeze. I can’t thank them enough!!!

As an admitted chicken, both doctor Greens accom9date me and my fears very well. I had to call for an emergency appt and was seen the same day, I know I am an established patient but I was still amazed at being welcomed in so quickly. The emergency could easily be attributed to the fact I am behind on routine, preventative care but Dr. Green never made me feel like it was my fault. I love this dental practice and recommend it frequently.

Super friendly staff. The check-in procedure for new clients was a bit overwhelming--especially going through the person who readdressed everything I had written on the forms and then repeated it to the dentist and the hygienists while I sat in the room. My blood pressure went up a few notches then. Overall, though, I was incredibly pleased with the hygienist and Dr. Green. They are thorough, personable, and I feel like I experienced a top-notch dental exam that had my best interests at the forefront.

My husband has refused to go to the dentist for years, I have encouraged him to find a place he could feel comfortable with ~he found it with Green Dental. Beyond his and mine expectations. He requested medicated assistance and was so please with the care and dedication they gave to him to ensure he would return. He’s found his permanent dentist. Thank you so much to the Dr and staff. He will be back!

I came to Green Dental with a broken tooth and a huge fear of the dentist. Because of past BAD experiences I had put off finding a new dentist. Green Dental came highly recommended and did not disappoint! With the urgency of losing my Dental insurance by end of month they worked with me on what needed to be done and when it could be done. The staff is great and Dr Brooks and Dr Nicole are amazing. Wish I would have come a year ago!

I’ve always had a good experience at Green Dental- that’s why when we moved to Bloomington 20 years ago, I always came back! However, last week was extra special!! I went to have a crown put back in, however I left it at home! The ( my) dental assistant Tayler didn’t have an attitude( which most places would!). Just the opposite! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and “ these things happen “ attitude “! She quickly got me a new time rescheduled AND moved my cleaning appointment that day moved up so I only had less then a half hour to wait! Very impressive!! Then, my hygienist Alley , instead of sticking with the schedule, was happy to move my time up to fit MY needs! Her enthusiasm and attitude, professional- but warm was indeed wonderful! Then Doc Green came in and instead of getting “right to business “ he asked me about my family and was I still coaching ect. he is ALWAYS pressed for time, but I’ve NEVER felt rushed! Just talking to a friend.. The ladies at the front desk are always extremely warm and friendly EVERYTIME I come in!! Thank you “ Team Green “ for always beings the way you are!!

My cap to a back molar was difficult therefore I received a shot to numb my mouth then a warm blanket to comfort me. This is so important to me as I have a poor pain tolerance to oral pain. Girls in office are great from scheduling to assisting the dentists. I can say my dental team is the best and I highly recommend them.

Let’s talk veneers. Most people don’t understand the process it takes to get veneers. The shape, shading, etc. I had doubt I was going to love my smile again. Honestly, after them done I love my smile more. I can’t stop smiling. I’m a happy smiling person anyways, but I just want to show my smile off even more. Dr. Gordon Green wasn’t happy unless I was happy. This entire process. The end result it was 100% worth it and I had happy tears going home. I’m completely 100% satisfied with my beautiful smile! I couldn’t say that enough!

I've been going to Green Dental for about 22 years now. At one point, after a move, I was an hour and a half away, but continued to see Dr Green! He and all his staff, are friendly, patient and knowledgeable! I wouldn't even consider changing dental offices. I have a horrible phobia of Dentists, but they're great at reassuring me, and making me feel secure! 5 Star Dental Office!!!

I was a first time patient,saw Gorden first,we did not hit it off,but Brooks did my sedation and work he pulled a tooth I wanted pulled and a lot of other work,I feel like he did a really good job and plan to return soon,I would recommend this office, they are expensive but what in life isnt,worth it

I’m one of those that doesn’t like going to the dentist……..so needing a root canal and a crown I thought I’ll give Green Dental a try. I thought Sedation appointment might work for me! My friend recommended them as well! Great fit for me. I’m sure all dentist there are good. I had Dr. Brooks Green. Loved him. Staff all wonderful! Highly recommend Green Dental!

I had a very good experience and would recommend Green Dental. Dr Gordon Green was very nice and even called and left a voicemail to check on me. Everything went great! Didn't feel a thing 🙂 I wish I remembered names better because the girl who assisted and made my temporary crown was great as well. All staff was very welcoming.

First time patient at Green Dental. The dentist and hygienist were phenomenal. Hands down the most wonderful routine cleaning experience ever. (I've had dental cleanings all over the US, related to my husband's career.) The receptionist was very warm and genuinely kind. My only complaint was during an orthodontic cost breakdown. The lady wasn't knowledgeable related to our insurance coverage and our benefit amounts. She did not include anything from Delta Dental and quoted me full out of pocket price. I explained our benefits, but she wasn't willing to listen and only expressed that I should contact Delta dental myself. Our coverage is several thousand dollars, regardless of network. That's almost half of the cost estimate. (Per Delta Dental) So, I went home feeling defeated.

From the moment i walked in I was greeted with excellent customer service above and beyond actually! They have state of the art equipment and extremely professional service. The even give you a really over generous gift but you'll have to check them out for yourself to see what that is. I highly recommend Green Dental!

My husband is a patient and Dr. Green is one of a kind. The technology is the best and the way the staff and dentists treat their patients is just amazing. Dr. Green actually took the time to call my husband in the evening the day of his root canal just to see how he was doing. You won't find that anywhere else.

I had a lot of work done yesterday, including prep for implants. I chose IV sedation, which worked very well - I was awake when the procedure was done and much more alert the rest of the day. Dr. Brooks and his assistant worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. Even though I was nervous going in, I soon relaxed and the procedure was over before I realized it. I have a long history of dental work and pain - Green Dental was the first dental office I had ever gone to that goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what they are doing and to make the treatment as comfortable and pain-free as possible. They have state-of-the art technology and use it for their patients' benefit. I have gone to them for almost 10 years and drive over an hour to their office. I highly recommend them for any dental needs

Amazing Dental office!! The Dentist, Health care employees, to office employees treat you with the up most respect. The dental knowledge in this building; you feel as soon as you walk in and Dr.Geen making you feel ZERO anxiety(which i have). I could've believe I Finally found my Dentist home! Please make an appointment ASAP, i was referred and one of the best decisions i have made :).

My dental hygienist did a wonderful job. I could hardly tell they were cleaning my teeth. No pain from the experience at all. I do not mind going to get my teeth cleaned anymore. No pain and no trouble. The dentist did a great job adjusting my crowns as well. Enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

Dr Green and his staff are always professional and caring. I have been a patient of Dr. Green’s for over twenty years and have never had any problems with the work he has done on my teeth. He put porcelain veneers on six of my front teeth back in the 90’s and they have lasted all these years without any complications. I highly recommend Green Dental!

You all are great but, I am in a very tight spot financially and feel that my redo of the pretreatment is not my responsibility because i have spent alot of money with you and had a root canal on both these teeth in question and shouldnt be having this kind of pain......however I dont know what I am going to do at this time....

Th Have been going to Green Dental for all dental needs for several years, always with good results. I can’t count the number of times I have been there over the past 10-12 years. This visit was as friendly and caring, as always. If I hadn’t been pleased with the results and the friendliness of the atmosphere, I would not have returned.

The staff, from the Reception area through the entire process of treatment was incredible! I requested a portion of my treatment be appealed with my insurance, I never felt as though I was asking something ludacris. Dr. Brooks was very kind and respectful of his assistant, using words "please" and "thank you".

Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Green is amazing, even received a followup call from Dr. Green within 8 hours after leaving the appointment to make sure i was doing ok. That is the first call I have ever received from a Dentist, made me realize how much he cares about his patients.

Once again, these fine people took care of us in a blink after popping a crown off on Wednesday evening. By noon the next day, I was on my home from their office, my crown back where it belonged - such excellent service by some of the nicest people in the whole world. From the front desk, right on up to Dr. Gordon Green - they are considerate, professional, friendly and all excellent at what they do! WE love them all! Thanks a bundle - you guys are the BEST!

All of the staff were very courteous and friendly. My hygienist really put me at ease and was very careful around an extremely sensitive tooth. I did not experience any pain at all. I've been going to Green Dental for over a year now and will continue to do so. Im very happy with all the services I receive.

As always my “ trip to the Dentist” was excellent! From the warm and friendly way the staff welcomes you as you walk-in.. To the professional but caring way both the Doctor and assistants go about their work! We have moved to Bloomington over 20 years ago, but because of the Caring/ professional services I always receive, from Dr. Green and staff, I’ll never change Dentists!! ,

I feel like I get great Dental Care from Green Dental. Dr. Brooks is always very caring and does great work. Allie did a super job cleaning my teeth. She is very thorough and personable. I wouldn't go anywhere else in this area. Great personnel, great service and very willing to go the extra mile!

I love Dr. Brooks and his staff. They have never made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. When I told them I was scared about a periodontal procedure they offered sedation, which was awesome! They do seem to charge more than other dentists which is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I have MCS and they are always super understanding and accommodating. For me, I appreciate it when I don't get pressured to get some treatment I'm not ready for and I can't afford. They are good about letting me take time to decide about things. I've been going there for years and I'm very happy with them.

Always a great experience! Everyone is friendly and courteous. I've never liked going to the dentist but Green Dental is not like any other dentist I've ever been to. Dr G. Green is always friendly and lets you know what he is going to do. All the dental technicians that I've ever had have been wonderful and caring. They always make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. On my recent visit, Ladonna took care of me. She was fantastic! Thanks to all of you for a great experience! I was very nervous as I always am when I visit the dentist but the staff there is great at making me feel calm enough to go through the procedure. Dr Green took all the steps to make sure that I was getting the best treatment that I could. Everyone practiced the safe operating practices that are necessary and I felt completely at ease as far as safety was concerned.

Ok so if you are reading all the reviews like I did you are going to want to hear mine I have had a ton of dental work done on my teeth over the years by different dentist and my last dentist before green dental they couldn't numb me very well at all and ending up feeling everything be done so over the years I have developed a phobia of dentist anxiety through the roof scared to death to go back needing so much more work done I decided to give green dental a try after doing my research and listening to their ads on the radio I took the leap and let me just tell you I was so glad I did I have the iv sedation and one pill at night and one 45 minutes prior to my appointment this morning and they even did laughing gas I was so comfortable I was awake I think lol but I was totaling relax the reason this is so long is if your like me I was looking for a review more in detail so if you have a fear to death of dentist go please to dr.gordan green they are so nice and respectful not making me feel bad for the state my teeth were in a little pricey but well worth it you get what you pay for I promise you you will no regret it do something nice for your self I had a total of 6 things done this morning including a crown and they fixed my chipped tooth up front now I can smile more freely and not try to had my teeth oh and dr.green even called me tonight to check on me I was very shocked and so happy he did thank you all for everything you did for me today I will definitely come back very soon for the bottoms 😍 12/11/2019

My experience at Green Dental was excellent, as usual. Debbie and Tracy are always the first friendly faces I see, and they are very helpful. Heather did a great job cleaning my teeth, and she was friendly and professional. Dr. Gordon Green is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Besides the exceptional staff, I absolutely love that I never have to wait. Even though Green Dental is a busy place, the staff always gets patients in at their actual appointment times. I highly recommend Green Dental.

Outstanding service, great friendly staff, great facility. Recently changed dentists and was greatly pleased with the Green group and their professional service and facility. Heather was great. Had not realized my prior dentist of 40+ years had fallen so far behind. Also quite pleased with the reasonable rates. Glad to see such a vibrant practice in our relatively rural area. Would review a 10 if possible!

Best dentist ever!! Every patient is treated with respect, dignity and the highest level of professional dental care. Every aspect of Seamas' wisdom teeth extraction has been smooth. The sedation preparation, the procedure, the recovery, the follow-up have all been given a high level of attention and detail. I could not ask for a better team to care for the dental health of my children. I am so glad that Brooks is there to continue the family tradition. Now if only Megan would come back too!!!
