Dental Membership Plan
No insurance? No problem!
Green Dental now offers a dental membership plan for those who do not have insurance or those who are unsatisfied with their current dental insurance. See below for membership details. If you are interested in any of our dental membership plans, please contact our office for pricing information.
Adults and Children Membership
- 2 preventive cleanings
- 2 doctor exams
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 2 fluoride treatments to help prevent future cavities
- 1 set (4) of cavity detecting x-rays
- 1 full mouth x-ray (Panoramic X-ray) every 3 years
- 1 urgent care visit: exam and all necessary x-rays
- Any 3-D x-rays needed
Periodontal Disease Management Membership
- 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
- 2 doctor exams
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Up to 4 fluoride treatments to help prevent future cavities
- 1 set (4) of cavity detecting x-rays
- 1 full mouth x-ray (Panoramic X-ray) every 3 years
- 1 urgent care visit: exam and all necessary x-rays
- Any 3-D x-rays needed
In addition to the included services mentioned, members will receive a 15% discount off any dental treatment recommended for your dental health at Green Dental and Green Dental of Owen County. This includes, but is not limited to: additional diagnostic x-rays or emergency exams, endodontics (root canals), restorations and fillings, tooth extractions, crowns and bridges, dentures, partials, implants, and periodontics (gum therapy). The discount for clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign) will be 5% off, if paid in full prior to starting the case. The membership remains in effect for exactly (1) year after sign-up, is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and unused cleanings cannot be transferred to a future year, even upon renewal of the program.

How It Works
You pay an annual membership fee for each individual enrolled in the program and each individual starts receiving benefits immediately.
This is a membership savings plan, it is not insurance. This cannot be combined with insurance and is only valid at Green Dental and Green Dental of Owen County. Hygiene visits must take place at the office location the plan was purchased at. All other treatment covered by the plan can take place at either office location. If referred to a specialist for any reason, they will not accept this discount plan.
Valid with health savings accounts, flex spending accounts, and health reimbursement plans.
Membership cannot be purchased through third-party financing. However, third party financing may be used for dental treatment. Care Credit may be used for dental treatment. However, due to merchant fees the membership rate is only 5% instead of the normal 15% discount.
Membership plan is non-refundable. No refunds will be given if the patient chooses not to use their dental plan or does not schedule in a timely manner before the plan expires.
Payment for services are due at time of service. Membership plan is for dental services only, products are excluded.
